Indicator for force-posting a refund transaction that network rules would otherwise decline for a noncompliant Merchandise Return Authorization.
A value of
true
 ignores all network rules for Merchandise Return Authorization and force posts the refund transaction. This field applies to standalone and follow-on credit transactions and is applicable only for Visa Intelligent Authorization processing. The acquirer must explicitly configure their processor to honor this request.
IMPORTANT
Visa or its affiliates do not hold any responsibility for fees, penalties, rejects, reclassifications, or other consequences of using this field to force post refund transactions.
