This field is available only for the
American Express Direct
 processor.
Use two-character ISO standard country code.
This item-level field overrides the corresponding request-level field.
Tax Calculation
The value in this field is used for tax calculations only when the
shipFrom_city
 and
shipFrom_state
 fields are present.
