Simple Order API

Credentials/API Keys

API keys are required to create the JSON Web Token (JWT). For further information, contact customer support customer support.

You will receive an email with your username and a temporary password. Your username will be in this format:

cybersource_merchant name_contact name

nab_merchant name_contact name

For example:

cybersource_petairways_peter

nab_petairways_peter

Once you receive your credentials, log in to your JFrog account and update your temporary password. Follow the process below to generate your API key.
