When a printing issue occurs with the payment terminal, the screen displays
Printing Failed
and Accessory Error
messages.When these error messages display, do the following:
- Unlatch the paper roll cover and verify that there is still paper on the roll. If empty, replace the paper roll.
- Open the paper roll cover and ensure that the paper roll is feeding into the printer correctly. The paper should feed from under the roll. See the diagram under the roll of paper for reference.
- Inspect the roller and feed path for damage, and ensure that the roller spins freely.
After performing each of these checks, check the payment terminal display to see if the error is resolved. Attempt to print again.
