Accessing Logs During Terminal Testing

Logs for troubleshooting issues are available to you during the testing phase before the terminal goes live. After the terminal goes live, only Cybersource can access a terminal’s logs.

Two logs on the terminal can be used for debugging the terminal while it is in the testing phase:
