Using the BroadPOS Log for Debugging

You can use the BroadPOS Log to troubleshoot and debug the payment terminal.
  1. Connect your terminal to a Windows computer using the provided USB cable.
  2. After the computer detects the terminal, open the
    A920
    folder in File Explorer.
  3. Choose
    Internal storage > Android > data > comp.pax.us.pay.std.broadpos.p2pe
    . These log files names start with
    BroadPOS
    and append the date in the format of BroadPOS_logYYYYMMDD.
