The receipt paper roll provided with the payment terminal is a starter roll that is shorter than the normal thermal paper roll. Replacement paper rolls are 2.25 inches wide, 1.5 inches in diameter, and approximately 50 feet long.
- On the back of the terminal, lift the paper roll latch and pull the paper roll cover away from the device.

- Place the paper roll into the compartment so that the paper feeds out from the top. An illustration inside the compartment depicts the proper placement of the paper roll.
