Using the POSLink Log for Debugging

You can use the POSLink log to troubleshoot and debug the payment terminal.
  1. Connect your terminal to your Windows computer using the provided USB cable.
  2. After the computer detects the payment terminal, open the
    A920
    folder in File Explorer.
  3. Open
    Internal storage
    to find the POSLink logs. These log file names start with POSLink and append the date in the format of POSLinkYYYYMMDD.
