Processing Dynamic Currency Conversion Payments

Many payment card issuers provide their customer with service called, Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). This service converts the value of a transaction completed in a foreign (local) currency to the native currency of the customer’s home country, making it easy for the customer to understand the transaction amount. If the DCC service is enabled for the customer, the currency conversion option becomes available automatically during the transaction. The customer chooses whether to pay the transaction in their native or the local currency.
