Requirements for Using the eCheck Service

The eCheck service is available to eligible Visa Acceptance Solutions merchants that meet one of these two requirements:

US citizens or residents who are at least 18 years of age and have been issued a Social Security number.

United States or foreign-based corporations that use the eCheck services only for customers using US bank accounts and that hold and maintain a bank account in the United States with a US-based financial institution.
