Accessing eCheck Settings in the
Business Center

  1. Follow these steps to view and manage the eCheck settings, business information, and owner information for your MID:

  3. In the left navigation panel, under Payment Configuration, select the eCheck module.
  4. Using the appropriate tabs, manage the eCheck settings, business information, and owner information for your MID based on the role assigned to your user account.

  5. If you want to view and edit eCheck-related information in these categories, you must perform step-up authentication:
    • Personally identifiable information about business owners on file for your account.
    • Primary account number (PAN) used for funding all your eCheck transactions.

    You can choose to receive the one-time password (OTP) in an SMS message or an email message.

eCheck Statements

To access these statements for your merchant account, go to the
Business Center
eCheck module and click the
Statements
tab.
  • eCheck settlement account statement
  • eCheck reserve account statement
You can use the data in these statements to help reconcile funds movement for all your transactions. Each statement line item has a unique ID assigned, and you can use these IDs in communications with
Cybersource
teams.

eCheck Settlement Account Statements

These statements provide a view of the amounts going in and out of your eCheck settlement account. An eCheck settlement account statement can include automated activities as well as manual funding activities, if any. You can filter and sort the lines displayed in the statement.
A settlement account statement can include these types of activities:
  • Automated funding to your bank account.
  • Debit transactions getting funded into the settlement account.
  • Returned transactions.
  • Manual transfers into and out of the account, including manual funding and deficit recovery.

eCheck Reserve Account Statements

Like settlement account statements, reserve account statements appear in the Statements tab of the eCheck module, and you can filter and sort the lines displayed. The statements provide a view of the amounts going in and out of your reserve account, if you have one. It includes both automated activities and manual funding activities, if any. You can filter the statements using the data range and sort them as per your needs.
A reserve account statement can include these types of activities:
  • Automated deposit as a percentage of the transaction settlement.
  • Manual transfers in and out of the reserve account.
