Managing Merchant Permissions in the Business Center

The topics in this section describe how to grant access to the eCheck module for your MID.
Before they can access the eCheck module, your team members must have user access permissions.
To grant individual team members access to the eCheck settings for your MID, create user
roles with user permissions to access the eCheck module, create user accounts for your
team members, and assign each user account to one of the roles you created.
Creating Roles
Follow these steps to create a new user role:
- Log in to theBusiness Center:
- Account Management>Roles. The Terminal Settings Page appears.
- ClickAdd a New User Role.
- Enter the role name and description.
- Under eCheck Permissions, review and add any of these permissions:

Creating a User Account and Adding Roles
Follow these steps to create a new user account and add roles:
- Log in to theBusiness Center:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- In the left navigation panel, under Account Management, chooseUsers.
- ClickAdd User.
- Add the user details.
- Select a role from the ones listed in Creating Roles.
