Unified Checkout to Support Dual-Brand Cards for Cartes Bancaires

Description

For merchants who offer Cartes Bancaires as a supported payment type, a radio button selector will offer cardholders the option of dual branded cards with both Visa and Mastercard. This update will allow the customer to chose which payment scheme they would like use to process the payment. The radio button will default to the scheme specified by the merchant in the Capture Context request, but the payment will be processed using the scheme selected by the customer in Unified Checkout.

Merchant Impact

Merchants must upgrade to the new version of Unified Checkout.

Benefit

Enables merchants in the EU who offer Cartes Bancaires to comply with EU regulations for consumer choice on dual branded cards for this scheme.
