View Subscriptions Dashboards

This section covers the dashboards for Recurring Billing subscriptions. You can search for subscriptions and view subscription performance dashboards. Performance dashboards are provided for subscriptions revenue (today, monthly, or projected) and for subscriptions status (new, active, or canceled).

Viewing the Subscriptions Revenue Dashboard

The Subscription Revenue dashboard list your Recurring Billing subscriptions by revenue generated. The list shows this information about each subscription, and you can sort the list on any column:
  • Subscription Code
  • Subscription Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Amount
  • Start Date
  • Status
A corresponding plot graph shows the weekly revenue received from your subscriptions. You can change information reflected in the graph by selecting a view-specific information card below the graph. This table describes the three views you can selext for the subscription revenue dashboard.

Today's Revenue
Plots monthly revenue amounts received so far today and each day prior, going back 6 months.
Displays the exact revenue amount for today and the percentage change from this time yesterday.
Monthly Revenue
Plots monthly revenue amounts received so far this month and each month prior, going back 6 months.
Displays the exact running total revenue for this month and the percentage change from this time last month.
Projected Revenue
Plots the annual revenue projected for one year out, going back 6 months.
Displays the exact annual revenue projected for one year out and the percentage change from the previous year's projection.
  1. Follow these steps to view the subscription revenue dashboard for Recurring Billing:
  2. On the left navigation panel, click the
    Recurring Billing
    icon.
  3. Click
    Manage Subscriptions
    . The Manage Subscriptions page appears. The
    Home
    is selected by default.
  4. Select the
    Performance
    tab. The
    Revenue
    view is selected by default.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    The Subscription Performance graph appears above the Search Fields list, with Today's Revenue view selected by default.
  5. To change the view of the graph, select a different card below the graph.

Viewing the Subscriptions Status Dashboard

The Subscription Status dashboard lists your Recurring Billing subscriptions by status. The list shows this information about each subscription, and you can sort the list on any column:
  • Subscription Code
  • Subscription Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Amount
  • Start Date
  • Status
A corresponding bar chart shows the weekly total number of subscriptions.
You can change the dashboard view (filter the list and change the chart) by selecting a view-specific information card below the chart.

New Subscriptions
Filters the list of subscriptions to show only your active subscriptions in order of start date.
Charts the number of new subscriptions added each week, going back one quarter.
Displays the number of new subscriptions added today and the percentage change from yesterday.
Active Subscriptions
Filters the list of subscriptions to show only your active subscriptions.
Charts the number of active subscriptions each week, going back one quarter.
Displays the month-to-date number of active subscriptions and the month-over-month percentage change.
Canceled Subscriptions
Filters the list of subscriptions to show only your canceled subscriptions.
Charts the number of canceled subscriptions for the current fiscal year. Weekly subtotals are shown, going back one quarter.
Displays the year-to-date number of subscriptions cancelled this week and the percentage variance from the target number.
