Accessing Device Logs on a Test or Debug PAX Terminal
Device logs are useful for troubleshooting terminal-related issues on a test or debug
terminal. These are the types of logs that you can access on a PAX terminal using a
Windows computer:
- BroadPOS logs:These logs are namedbroadpos_logyyyymmdd.logand are stored in/sdcard/Android/data/com.pax.us.pay.std.broadpos.p2pe/files.
- POSLink logs:These logs are namedPOSLINKyyyymmdd.logand are located in the root folder.
IMPORTANT
You cannot access the device logs directly on a live terminal. To get access to live
device logs, contact terminals@cybersource.com.
