Reviewer Roles

Reviewer roles control how Case Management reviewers access their cases in Case Search. You can control from which queues a reviewer can choose cases, and quickly assign or update reviewers or groups of reviewers to different queues as your orders flow into your order processing system. You can also control how many cases a reviewer is working on at once.
Use the Reviewer Roles window to create, edit, or delete reviewer roles. You can create a maximum of 100 reviewer roles. It is not possible to create duplicate roles with the same name.
You can delete only reviewer roles that are not already assigned to users. The
View
Reviewers column indicates how many users are currently assigned to that role.
You can filter or sort the number of reviewers, name, and description columns. Type your text in the filter above a column to search for specific entries. Click the triangle to the right of a column name to sort the contents. The triangle points upward when the sorting order is ascending and downward when the order is descending.
To delete a reviewer role, check a box or multiple boxes, and click
Delete
the trash can icon
at the top of the page.
You can copy an existing reviewer role and modify it as needed. You must at least change the name of the new role.
