Using Reviewer Roles

  1. Click
    Add Role
     or click the pencil icon to edit an existing reviewer role. The Reviewer Role Editor
    panel
    window
     opens.
  2. To duplicate an existing role, click
    Copy
     at the top of the page. You must edit the name of the role.
  3. If you are creating a role, enter the name and description of the reviewer role.
  4. By default, the reviewer can own an unlimited number of orders. To limit the number of orders, check the
    Maximum Number of Orders Allowed
     box and enter a value.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    After reaching that limit, the reviewer is allowed to select new transactions in these cases:
    • After accepting or rejecting one or more orders.
    • When the reviewer or the administrator transfers ownership of one or more orders to another reviewer.
    Administrators can override the maximum number.
  5. Select the Merchant Queues for the reviewer to access. The queues that you select appear on the right side of the page.
  6. When you are finished, click
    Save
    .
