Description

This release of the Token Management Service (TMS) enables a feature called

provisioning after authorization

for merchants who are enabled for network token provisioning. This feature causes an asynchronous network token provision request to be attempted after a successful authorization that uses a payment card number.

Audience

Merchants who use TMS and are enabled for network token provisioning.

Benefit

This release eliminates the need to make a separate network token provision request and increases the opportunity for merchants to use network tokens in their transactions.
