    • Description:
       this release expands our multi-factor authentication support by enabling mobile one-time-passwords during Business Center login to additional countries, for a total of 150 countries.

    • Benefit:
       in addition to enabling fast and secure logins to the Business Center, this release also reduces emails generated by one-time password requests.

  • [RM-26177]
    • Description:
       merchants that process transactions with FDI Global will now receive two additional response fields in some transaction responses that were declined by the issuer. See Technical Details for field names and documentation links. Merchants should decide whether to retry declined transaction based on these API fields. Merchants should not retry a hard decline from the issuer. Retrying a hard decline is subject to penalties from the card associations.

       merchants that process transactions with FDI Global and use Visa, Mastercard, America Express, or Discover.
    • Benefit:
       more clarity about why the transaction was declined and guidance on follow-up actions.
