View Transaction Details

When you perform a general search, a list of transactions matching your filters appears. You can view details of any transaction by clicking the link containing the request ID. Depending on the type and status of the transaction, you might be able to perform additional actions, such as a credit or settlement. See Process Actions on Transactions for more details on when additional options may be available.
  1. On the left navigation pane, click the
    Transaction Management
     icon.
  2. Click
    Transactions
    .
  3. Search for transactions using your preferred methods.
  4. Click the
    Request ID
     link of the transaction that you want to view. The Details page opens.
