Replay Reports

Use Replay to replay your completed production transactions using your passive profiles.
You can run only one replay report at a time and you can view only one at a time. After you submit a replay date range, the results appear in the Replay Report pane of the window and in the Profile Rule Performance Report.
You can generate replay reports using data up to 12 months old, but a report is limited to a maximum interval of 3 months.

Filter by Replayed Profile

You can choose a specific profile and filter the Replay report results to only those transaction counts that ran through the selected profile.

Names of profiles you have created that have processed at least one transaction during the Replay run

Tabs

The report tabs show how order status changes after replay in terms of the number of transactions (Transaction Count), the value of transactions (Transaction Amount), the number of fraudulent transactions (Fraud Count) or the value of fraudulent transactions (Fraud Amount).

Columns

The first column on the left shows the total number of orders or the total monetary value of all orders replayed during the specified date range. Each subsequent column shows the disposition of orders by profiles (Accept, Review, Reject) or the disposition of orders by reviewers (Reviewer Accept, Reviewer Reject).

Cell Values

Each tab contains BEFORE REPLAY values along the top of the report grid and AFTER REPLAY values along the bottom. You can toggle through different comparisons between the BEFORE REPLAY values and the AFTER REPLAY values by selecting the radio buttons to the right of the report grid.
The BEFORE REPLAY values in parentheses do not change when you choose radio buttons to view different points of comparison. The BEFORE REPLAY values reflect how profiles performed when the original transactions occurred. However, the AFTER REPLAY values in parentheses do change when you choose different points of comparison with the radio buttons because they show the difference after replay. Click each cell value to view the results in the Profile Rule Performance Report below.

Selecting the radio buttons under
Show in parentheses
enables you to view the effects of active profile rule configurations (BEFORE REPLAY) in contrast with replay profile rule configurations (AFTER REPLAY).

Transaction Count or Amount
  • Shows the monetary value of transactions when the Transaction Count tab is selected.
  • Shows the number of transactions when the Transaction Amount tab is selected.

  • Shows the monetary value of transactions when the Fraud Count tab is selected.
  • Shows the number of transactions when the Fraud Amount tab is selected.
