First Ride Risk

First Ride Risk (FRR) refers to the liability for the first use of a payment credential that fails pre-authorization and might result in a refusal for travel. With FRR, Cybersource allows you to capture a pre-authorization that fails. The merchant or acquirer bears responsibility for FRR.
