Finalize the Migration

In your production environment, monitor the transactions of the new subscriptions. Verify that your subscriptions are successfully transitioned from your former subscriptions provider. To avoid creating duplicate charges, deactivate the recurring billing feature on the former subscriptions provider.

To complete the migration:

Actively monitor the Recurring Billing subscription transactions on the Cybersource platform.

Recommendations:

Track subscriptions that have payments scheduled to occur over several consecutive days. Confirm that the payments complete successfully and that the subscriptions remain active.

Confirm that the rate of declined transactions is not elevated.

Recurring Billing, deactivate Recurring Billing on the former subscriptions provider platform.
