Analytics Dashboard Has Reached End of Life

This release updates our analytics offerings and as part of these improvements, the Analytics dashboard in the Business Center is no longer be available. Users can continue accessing insights through our additional Historical Analytics dashboards, such as Authorization, Deep Decline, and Captures dashboards.

Visa Flexible Credential Is Now Enabled

You can now process payments for customers who use the Visa Flexible Credential payment method. You do not have to make any changes to your payment system to process transactions that use this payment method.
Visa Flexible Credential is a service you can provide to your customers using the mobile issuer app. This service allows your customers to manage their own accounts using a single flexible credential.

Important: SOAP Toolkit Update

As part of ongoing security enhancements, we are planning to upgrade SOAP API authentication to P12 authentication. This upgrade is currently available for Java, C#, C++, and PHP. For instructions, read the .

BIN Lookup Service 2.0

The BIN Lookup Service 2.0 for the production environment is currently in Limited Availability and moving toward a general release.
Previously, anyone with access to the Developer Center using credentials for the testing environment could use the same credentials to access the Limited Availability version of BIN Lookup Service 2.0 with or without a contract.
These access changes were implemented for the production environment:
  • Merchants and resellers who use the BIN Lookup Service 2.0 without any agreement or pricing sheet can no longer to use the BIN Lookup Service 2.0.
  • Merchants and resellers who use the BIN Lookup Service 2.0 with a contract may continue to do so, and they might be able to continue for new features when their agreements and policies allow it.
Merchants and resellers who were migrated to the BIN Lookup Service 2.0 from the BIN Lookup Service 1.0 will experience no change.
The BIN Lookup Service is accepting merchants who are open to signing up with an agreement that includes pricing. The availability of networks is currently limited to Visa, Discover, American Express, and Meeza. BINBase is used for supplementary data.
The next update will include improvements to the user experience on the Transaction Details page of the Business Center. If a section does not have data available, it will not appear on the details page from that transaction. If data is available and the service is enabled, the information is displayed in the relevant section.

Some notifications previously sent from donotreply@support.cybersource.com will be sent from donotreply@notifications.visaacceptance.com with new branding and visual style. Work with your network administrators to add this domain to your allow list so that you continue to get certain notifications.
The donotreply@notifications.visaacceptance.com address will communicate security alerts, major changes and service updates, and other important notifications. Automated notifications regarding certificate expirations will continue to come from donotreply@support.cybersource.com, so do not remove this domain from your allow list.
Important notices regarding service interruptions or outage notifications are handled by our Support Status Page at https://status.cybersource.com/. This Status page and the emails generated from the page are Cybersource’s primary way of informing you of significant events. We strongly recommend that all interested parties visit the Support Status page and sign up to get those notifications from this platform.

Description
This release corrects the values sent to the processor for credit authorization transactions for Recurring and Install transactions. This update affects the following fields:
  • Bitmap 25
  • Bitmap 63 field 60
  • Tag FI and Tag PE

Benefit
Credit Authorization transactions will have a higher success rate.

| SAP Commerce Cloud 25.4.0

Description
SAP Commer Cloud 25.4.0 is released, and contains these updates:
  • Cardinal Commerce Songbird is replaced by the Cardinal Cruise Direct API in the SAP Commerce Cloud integration.
  • Security for the plugin is enhanced by excluding the card BIN from the returned Transient Token.

Users of the SAP Commerce Cloud plugin.

REST SDKs

Description
In the REST SDK's transaction search, the field
embedded.transactionSummaries.processorInformation.eventStatus
is missing from the response payload. Merchants require this field to validate the status of their capture and refund transactions.

Token Management Service

Description
When you search for a token in the Business Center using a custom date range, the first page of results loads normally. However, clicking any other page will cause a yellow warning banner to appear and the search results are reset to 0.
