Description
This release includes these updates:
Receipts
Payers will see a receipt when they complete an invoice or payment link payment.
Payment Confirmation Emails
  • Invoicing: The payer's email will contain additional payment details and include a link to the receipt. Merchants can choose to receive an email when an invoice is paid, by enabling it in the
    Invoice Settings
    page.
  • Pay by Link: The payer and merchant emails for a successful payment will contain additional payment details and include a link to the receipt.
Custom Fields for Invoicing
  • Merchants can add custom fields, including text fields and selection fields, to invoices to support additional use cases that align with their business needs.
  • Custom fields can be used internally for internal processing or externally to collect additional information from payers at the time of payment.
Prevention of Duplicate Invoice Payments
  • Merchants will see a new invoice status of
    Pending
    for an invoice that has a payment that is pending review in Decision Manager. Payers will not be able to make a payment on an invoice when it is in
    Pending
    status.
  • The reconciliation process will now automatically mark invoices as paid if their status is not immediately updated.
Payment Page
  • The merchant phone number will now be displayed in the header of the payment page instead of the business contact phone number.

This release enhances the Partner Risk Controls (PaRC). The PaRC Electronic Commerce Indicator feature now allows you to exclude transactions fom rejection rules based these commerce indicators:
  • Recurring
  • Install
  • Retail
  • MOTO
The updated results are shown on the Risk Dashboard.
