Description
Omnipay First Data Solutions Europe (OPDFDE) and Lloyds Cardnet (Opdcardnet)
processing gateways have been updated to add support for Visa Account Funding
Transacfions (AFTs). Acquirers and merchants must use AFTs to differentiate money
transfer and account funding transactions, for example wallet or pre-paid card funding,
from standard purchase transactions. Mastercard AFT support will be added as part of a
subsequent release.

Merchants that process on Omnipay First Data Solutions Europe (OPDFDE) and Lloyds Cardnet
(Opdcardnet) processing gateways.
Merchants who use the following merchant category codes must take action to ensure to
present AFTs correctly for relevant use cases, and not present transactions as a
standard purchase.

Technical Details
To identify a transaction as a Visa AFT, the merchant must ensure that through their
Worldpay (Streamline) relationship manager that they have been assigned a Merchant ID
for AFT processing, then present the transaction as an AFT that meets their business and
