Klarna Chargebacks
Customers can file payment disputes directly to Klarna to receive a
chargeback payment for the disputed amount.
- Eligibility
- Only captured payments that are in the settled status can be issued a chargeback.
- Results
- If Klarna approves the customer's payment dispute, you are charged for the disputed amount and a chargeback fee. These charges are deducted from your next settlement and the invoice will document the chargeback details. The disputed payment amount is issued to the customer by Klarna.If Klarna does not approve the customer's payment dispute, you are charged for any fees associated with the dispute.
Cybersource
is not involved with the payment dispute
review process. All payment disputes are handled between the customer and
Klarna.
