Cases

Case Search provides visibility into a comprehensive case management platform by enabling you to view orders on a granular level. Case search options allow you to target a specific order status, or search customers by email address or order numbers, and make decisions about how orders are processed.
Order information is stored for six months from the date of the transaction. Results display the order’s current status and if there were any subsequent actions taken on the order.
