The payment includes a feature that enables you to take screenshots of its screen for troubleshooting purposes. You can email the screenshots to Customer Support for assistance.
  1. To capture a screen, simultaneously press the volume down button on the left side of the terminal and the power button on the right side of the terminal for 3-4 seconds.
  2. You must download the screenshots from the payment terminal to email them to Customer Support. Connect the payment terminal to a USB port of a Windows computer using the power cable that was included with the terminal.
  3. In Windows Explorer, choose 
    A920 > Internal storage > Pictures > Screenshots
    . The image files are in .jpeg format. You cannot see a preview of the images directly on the payment terminal screen.
  4. Copy the files to your Windows computer to view the images.
