Before you can enable and configure products for the organization using the API, you must create a product template in the Business Center. Navigate to
Portfolio Management > Portfolio Tools > Template Management
and click
Add Template
.
If you do not submit product fields, the product configuration uses the default product template in the Business Center. You can use the API to override the product template values. When you create the template, leave blank the fields that will be used differently for different merchants. Set those fields with the Boarding API.
