Manage Subscriptions

You can manage subscriptions in

.

Subscription Flow

A subscription has one of these statuses:
  • Active
    : currently in use.
  • Cancelled
    : cannot return to active.
  • Completed
    : all scheduled payments were made.
  • Created
    : after the subscription is created and before the first payment is processed.
  • Delinquent
    : when a payment was declined.
  • Pending
    : first payment is scheduled or the subscription is in transition to another status.
  • Suspended
    : when a payment was declined after failed attempts. To continue payments, reactivate the subscription or create a new subscription.
