- Description
- Decision Manager users can now designate rules as one of two new, optional rule types: Fraud or Business. You can use the new types to filter results. Results can be further filtered by adding two alpha-numeric characters of your own choosing.
- Audience
- Enabled by default for all accounts that use Decision Manager.
- Benefit
- The ability to differentiate between transactions rejected for fraud and transactions rejected due to business rules provides improved analysis and clearer insight into the effectiveness of a merchant’s fraud strategy.
- Technical Details
- To use this new feature, navigate to the Rule Editor section of Decision Manager and check the box enabling the Rule Type Designation feature. Select whether the rule is a Fraud or Business rule. You can then add two characters of your choosing to the optional free text field for further filtering.
