- Two new fields,tokenProvisioningInformation.consumerConsentObtainedandtokenProvisioningInformation.multiFactorAuthenticated, are added.
- When both fields are set totruefor Indian PANs within India, the network token is provisioned.
- When either field is set tofalsefor Indian PANs within India, the network token is not provisioned.
- Outside of India, the network token is provisioned for Indian PANs.
