- Description:previously, there was an intermittent issue that caused comments added to Decision Manager cases using the Case Management component of the Decision Manager API not to appear in the Business Center for some merchants.
- Audience:merchants adding comments to Decision Manager cases using the API.
- Benefit:comments added using the API will be displayed in the Business Center’s Case Management screen.
