About This Guide
This guide provides planning information and guidance for using the CyberSource Fraud Manager (CFM). Project managers and development teams can use the guide to examine their business requirements and how CyberSource Fraud Manager will meet them.
This guide does not provide programming information for the CyberSource Fraud Manager. See Documentation for a list of documents that describe how to set up the CyberSource Fraud Manager.
Skill Level Required
This guide assumes that you have basic project management skills, including the ability to schedule tasks and manage resources.
Topics Covered
This guide covers the following topics in subsequent chapters:
- Chapter 1, "Introducing CyberSource Fraud Manager" on page 9 provides an overview of CyberSource Fraud Manager services, describes its features, and explains how you can combine Fraud Manager services with other CyberSource Payment Manager services.
- Chapter 2, "Planning For CyberSource Fraud Manager" on page 12 explains how to set goals for your Fraud Manager program, lists issues that you must consider when you plan your program, and provides a checklist of tasks to complete when you plan your program.
