Documentation Changes and Enhancements

The following changes were made to this guide since its last publication:

• Documented the new reply fields card_validation_type, cavv, and xid for the ValidatePA plug-in. See ValidatePA Fields for more information.
• Updated existing field names which began with pa_. All of these fields now begin with processpa_ or validatepa_. See ProcessPA Fields and ValidatePA Fields for more information.
• Changed ProcessPA's request-level field pa_httpAccept to processpa_http_accept.
• Changed ProcessPA's request-level field pa_httpUserAgent to processpa_http_user_agent.
• Documented how to create a payer authentication module in Risk Manager 3.0. See Creating a Payer Authentication Module for more information.
• Updated instructions for installing the plug-in. See Installing the Payer Authentication Plug-In for more information.
