Activating Gift Cards

Request the activation service to activate a single gift card or activate a group of gift cards in bulk.

To create a card-present gift card activation request:

Step 1Do not include any other services in the request.

Step 2Include the required fields in the request:

ngiftCard_extendedAccountNumber—required if defined in the promotion level.

Request the balance inquiry service to obtain the balance of a gift card.
