Deleting a Customer Subscription

To delete a customer subscription:

Step 1In the left navigation pane, choose Recurring Billing > Search. The Subscription Search screen appears.

Step 2Choose the scope for the search:

nAll Subscriptions

nActive Subscriptions

nCanceled Subscriptions—choose a date range.

nCreation Date of Subscriptions—choose a date range.

nExpiration Date of Subscriptions—choose a date range.

nField and value—choose a specific field; for example, the subscription ID.

Step 3Click Submit. The Subscription Search Results screen appears.

Step 4Click the title of the customer subscription you want to modify. The Subscription Details screen appears.

Step 5Click Delete Subscription.
