To view the status of a batch file in the Business Center:
Step 1Log in to the Business Center:
nLive transactions: https://ebc2.cybersource.com/ebc2/
nTest transactions: https://ebctest.cybersource.com/ebc2/
Step 2On the left navigation pane, click the Tools icon.
Step 3Click Account Updater. The Account Updater page appears.
Step 4Use the filters on the Search toolbar to locate the batch you want to view. The Search Results list shows matching results.
