Description

Some users have experienced intermittent failures when attempting to retrieve TMS customer tokens using the GET API request, even though the token was successfully created minutes earlier.

Users of TMS.

Technical Details
:
The endpoint is */tms/v2/customers/{customerId}*.

Workaround
:
Wait 10-15 minutes after token creation before you retrieve it.
