Flag that indicates if the VAT tax amount should be interpreted as positive or negative.  
Possible values:

* `negative`: VAT amount is negative in the invoice.
* `positive`: VAT amount is positive in the invoice.  
  A positive VAT tax amount reduces the amount of the invoice.  
  This field is related to the value in the otherTax_vatTaxAmount field.  
  This field is available only on the `Visa Platform Connect` processor.
