Flag that indicates whether a national tax is included in the order total.  
Possible values:

* `0`: national tax not included
* `1`: national tax included

  This value must be 1 if the sum of all item_#_nationalTax values \> 0.  
  If you do not include any item_#_nationalTax values in your request, `Cybersource` does not include otherTax_ nationalTaxIndicator in the data it sends to the processor.
