Date and time when the requested Payouts original credit transaction (OCT) is to be processed.  
This field is required for a `Payouts` OCT service request that specifies a deferred OCT processing date and time.  
To use the deferred OCT processing option, include this field in the OCT request and specify the date and time in UTC.  
**Format:**yyyymmddhhmm  
This field is available only for Payouts OCT transactions on the `Visa Platform Connect` processor.
