Type of healthcare payment. This field is required for healthcare authorizations and sales.  
Possible values:

* `clinic`
* `dental`
* `healthcare`: total amount of healthcare. The amount should be greater than or equal to the sum of all amount types included in the request.
* `prescription`
* `vision`
  {#healthcare-no-amount-type_d1278e22} These values cannot be repeated in the request. Example: If there are two vision items purchased for 10.00, send one vision amount for 20.00.  
  Replace the # character with a sequential number from `0` to `4`. Send this field with a corresponding healthCare#_amount field.  
  Example:
