* `04`: `GENERIC_ERROR`
* `97`: `PAYMENT_INSIGHTS_INTERNAL_ERROR`
* `98`: `OTHERS`
* `99`: `PAYMENT_INSIGHTS_RESPONSE_CATEGORY_MATCH_NOT_FOUND`
