This field is available only for Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payment cards processed by the `Chase Paymentech Solutions` processor.  
Possible values:

* `Y`: Yes, the card is a payroll card.
* `N`: No, the card is not a payroll card.
* `X`: Does not apply / Unknown.
