Likelihood that the country associated with the customer's IP address was identified correctly.  
A value between `1--100` is returned. `100` indicates the highest likelihood. If the country cannot be identified, the value is `--1`.  
This field is used only when the processingInformation.actionList field contains the value `WATCHLIST_SCREENING`.
