Merchant payment gateway ID that is assigned by Mastercard and provided by your acquirer when a registered merchant payment gateway service provider is involved in the transaction.  
This field is available only for the `Chase Paymentech Solutions`, `FDC Nashville Global`, and `Visa Platform Connect` processors.  
For Mastercard transactions on `Visa Platform Connect`, set this field to `00000163065`. If you do not include this field, `Cybersource` will provide it for you.  
If you support card-not-present Mastercard transactions, you must include this field in all transaction requests. When you process card-not-present transactions and do not include this field in your request, `Cybersource` sets the field value to `00000163065`.
