createInstrumentIdentifier {#create-instrument-identifier}

Indicates if a `Token Management Service` instrument identifier token should be created when you are provisioning a network tokenized card. When this field is set to true, an instrument identifier should be created.  
Possible values:

* `true`
* `false`
