Category of the message for a specific use case.  
Possible values:

* `01`: PA (payment authentication).
* `02`: NPA (nonpayment authentication).
* `03-79`: Reserved for EMVCo future use (values invalid until defined by EMVCo).
* `80-99`: Reserved for directory server use.
